Warranty/Repairs

It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.  I guarantee my workmanship and the components used in each piece for 1 year, should you experience any problems within this time-frame, please contact me to arrange return for repair (no charge).

Should anything happen to your piece as a result of accident or mis-adventure (I'm thinking a toddler running over your bracelet with a tricycle - don't laugh, it's happened! or any such similar event).  Please contact me to discuss a quote for repairs.

Returns

I trust that you will be delighted with your item, however, I understand that purchasing via the internet means you don't get to see items in 'real life'.  If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving and arrange return.  I will refund the item price but not the original shipping cost and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please ensure item is returned unused and in original packaging.

Alterations

I usually give size/length descriptions in my listings.  If you require an alteration at the time of purchase, please let me know in the comments field of your order, or contact me to ensure I can accommodate your requirements.  There is no additional charge for this.

If you require an alteration after receiving, please contact me to discuss options.  Generally, I charge $7 flat rate plus return postage.

    What is Paua? top

Paua (said Pa-wa) comes from the same family as Abalone.  Found only in New Zealand, the most beautiful paua shell is sourced from the ocean of the very south of the South Island and Stewart Island.  Paua shell has an amazing iridescent quality and has many shades including violet, green, turquoise, pink, coral, blue and purple.
There are 20 recognised grades of Paua, with the most common used in jewellery being A or B grade.

Do you do Custom orders? top

Absolutely - I love them!  It's great fun to work with a customer to realise their vision for a special jewellery item.  Please contact me to discuss your requirements and we can take it from there.
